I was setting up automated responses and after a bit of playing I was able to come up with a formula that should only apply to new inquiries from www.findvacationrentals.com I set the filter criteria to subject="FindVacationRentals.com Listing 7552 Inquiry" Doesn't have="Re:" I have the filter automatically apply the Label Beach and send a confirmation reply.
